Bucharest, 21 May 2026 — Popescu Roman Radu Florea & Associates (PRRF), a rapidly growing law firm, has successfully advised the Turkish Pasifik group of companies on securing EUR 32.6 million financing from DHB Bank for the development of a hybrid project combining 45.5 MW of solar generation capacity with 42.5 MW of battery energy storage in Romania.
