Popescu Roman Radu Florea și Asociații (PRRF) is expanding its team and is looking for an attorney with 2–4 years of experience (maximum 4) in corporate law and energy.
We are an independent law firm, founded in January 2026. We work on transactions and projects for international investors — with a focus on renewable energy and storage (BESS), M&A, agribusiness, and public procurement — and we regularly collaborate with international law firms as local counsel.
What you will do:
- You will work directly with the firm's partners on corporate/M&A mandates, real estate transactions, and energy projects (photovoltaic, wind, BESS, ANRE regulatory matters)
- You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, participate in due diligence processes, and interact with international clients
- You will have real exposure to matters, not just support tasks
What we are looking for:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or energy, ideally at a business law firm
- Qualified attorney, member of a Romanian bar association
- Fluent English, written and spoken — we work in English on a daily basis
- Precision in drafting, autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail
